First things first I want to know your position on it so I want to represent you. I personally have looked at the documents. I am reviewing some of the plans and I am seeing some people lying. Let’s put that to the side for now the biggest issue that’s apparent is the utility rights Seems to be unequal proportion of utility rights and roadway rights and that’s gonna affect what we cover in infrastructure. Basically we’re going to get more cost and less service. Now we have to watch for the people who say that I don’t know what we’re talking about what us community people are talking about and that they haven’t seen the plans and that they don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes and then they say well we can’t talk about it. It’s not true. It’s absolutely not. True resources are there, the state funding is available. We can see that we can ask our state rep for that and there’s other way that we can increase communication about these developments and we can actually be part of the solution and that’s where I’m focused on results. I’m not focused on the problem. I’m not telling everyone I have the solution. I’m looking for results and I believe on the community basis we need to look at the results of the community. How does that increase school population? How does that increase senior population and what facilities emergency and otherwise do we have available to make this realistic, not just for the community as a whole before the tenants that could potentially stay in these places are they gonna get services? Do they know what they’re getting into as far as sidewalk situations and access to the commercial side of the community a lot more needs to be done, and I think that these developers don’t realize how underdeveloped Citrus County really is because people want to preserve the nature Coast the nature in the nature Coast.

If you have any questions, you can reach out to me anytime I’m here to represent you to work for you. Text email social media. I’m available to work for everybody in the community.

      It doesn’t fit the neighborhood

Road side should be left for commercial and residential areas for off the road way.

The planner a traffic engineer did not include traffic scheme in the drawings.
