CANDIDATE DISTRICT 5 COUNTY COMMISSIONER.
“I am devoted to leveraging my role as a public servant to address the requirements and advocate for the concerns of my constituents, working towards a brighter future for our community.”

About me
BIOGRAPHY
Capt. Paul was an Officer of the MV Power of “Atlantic Oceanic,” an ocean-going vessel providing marine support for offshore wind turbine construction along the U.S. East Coast. He is currently engaged in construction projects with Caldwell Marine International in New England on Lake Champlain.
When he is not at sea, Paul resides in Inverness, Florida where he manages several businesses and ventures including:
- Nonprofits
- Brick-and-mortar businesses
- An advertising agency: Owner/President of Citrus County Classifieds LLC
- A research and marketing company
- Founder of BlueBulbProject.org, an environmental initiative focused on clean water and blue skies
- Lead Pastor of Inner Beauty Ministry
Additionally, Paul is working on a book and is on the ballot for the 2024 elections as a Citrus County Commissioner (NPA) for District 5. He aims to support responsible development and local autonomy in Citrus County while giving back to his community and the world through this position and his involvement with Rotary.
Currently, he is collaborating with Baker Marine Services and Caldwell Marine to fulfill TDI requirements for the safe and efficient operation of a unique modular project that will provide utilities to millions of people in New York, United States.
In order to achieve my vision and address my key priorities, I have set several specific goals and actions that I plan to take
LOVE
“You cannot bring greater freedom to the world without bringing greater love. You cannot bring greater freedom to the world without bringing greater reality on the problems of the world and a better understanding of what we’re all trying to do. And you can’t bring these results into existence at all in the absence of…LOVE.”
SELF-AWARENESS
“Self-awareness is among the top leadership skills required from future leaders, according to Blanchard’s 2023 Trends Report. Yet the lack of it is a major contributor to the disfunction we see in government and society at large… Great Leadership Starts with Self-Awareness.
READING / EDUCATION & LITERACY
(Also a Rotary International “Area of Focus”)
“If you do audio books in the car running errands you could tackle 2-4 books a week, plus 1-2 hours of reading will equal less than an hour a day, so you can digest 15-20 books a month. Helpful tips: Read first thing with or without coffee. Every car ride is the next book!” “I buy locally, promote regionally, think nationally, Live globally.”
HOLDING REGULAR TOWN HALL MEETINGS TO SOLICIT FEEDBACK FROM CONSTITUENTS
“As a dedicated political leader, I prioritize regular town hall meetings as a means to actively engage with our constituents and ensure their voices are heard. These meetings serve as a vital platform for residents to express concerns, propose ideas, and actively participate in shaping the policies that impact our community. By fostering open dialogue and collaboration, we aim to create a more responsive government that authentically represents the needs and aspirations of our constituents.”
