BIOGRAPHY
Capt. Paul is a Merchant Marine Officer, currently the First Mate of “Atlantic Oceanic”, an ocean-going vessel providing engineering support to offshore wind turbine constructions off the U.S. Northeast Coast. Currently on vessels doing construction in New England.
When he is not at sea, Paul resides in Inverness, Florida where he manages several businesses and ventures including:
- Nonprofits,
- Brick and mortar businesses,
- An advertising agency: Owner / President Citrus County Classifieds LLC
- A research and marketing company
- Founder: BlueBulbProject.org – Clean water & blue skies environmental initiative
- Lead Pastor, Inner Beauty Ministry
- Paul is also working on a book.
- He is also currently on the ballot for 2024 elections as a Citrus County Commissioner (NPA), District-5. .He hopes to support responsible development and local autonomy in Citrus County, and additionally give back to his community and the world via this position, and through Rotary.
