When are the roles of responsibility put to practice?

How are the commissioners job in health, the environmental and the quality of life in the community?

As a condition we can look at how health environmental practices, quality of life overlap each other. Today we can do that; we can take the health department and the environmental department, we can put those things together overlapping each other to improve the quality of life.

We would add safety, health environmental safety and quality of life that’s what we would focus on in the commissioner seat; the chair to improve quality of life.
