They have these groups as civic groups and government groups and non-government groups historical groups commerce groups and then we have these groups that are because they are not getting what they want from the government or civic organization so they start their own group. When they start these groups there’ll be generational groups and in these generational groups we start seeing the change the shift or the lack of change in a lack of shift because in history repeats itself we find all truths. ~ a Citrus Countian
